The view is beautiful, the ladies are the reception are nice

We booked a seaview room in Building A. However, upon check-in, we were offered a room in Building B, which has a completely different view. Building B is much lower, and the balcony does not face the sunset as expected. After raising this with the reception staff, we were moved to a seaview villa at no extra cost, which we appreciated. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony and sun loungers. However, it does not have hot water for the shower, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. The hotel is also located far from the main attractions and the town centre. This wasn’t a major issue for us since we had a motorbike, but it’s something to consider if you don’t have your own transport. Additionally, the hotel offers very limited assistance with services. For example, one morning we asked if they could help us book a boat to Koh Phangan, but they told us they do not provide this service. Instead, we were advised to check with a motorbike rental shop down the hill, which unfortunately was closed that day…we had to ride in the rain to the ferry pier to arrange our tickets ourselves.

Uitzicht was mooi

Our stay was very disappointing. The resort feels outdated and somewhat run-down. The rooms were not properly cleaned, there were many insects, and overall maintenance was poor in several areas. It was also very noisy, with construction work starting early in the morning. Even at the swimming pool there were no comfortable sunbeds available. One day there were cushions on the loungers, but the next day they had all disappeared, leaving only hard wooden beds to lie on. When I asked the staff about the cushions, they were unable or unwilling to arrange anything.” The biggest issue was the unreliability of the staff. Arrangements were repeatedly forgotten or not followed through. During our departure, the transportation that had been agreed upon was not arranged, which almost caused us to miss our ferry and created a lot of unnecessary stress. We also experienced multiple power outages during our stay. In addition, the location is very inconvenient without a scooter or private transport. The resort has potential because of the peaceful surroundings and views, but based on our experience we would not stay here again.

La vue à couper le souffle, le rapport qualité prix, le déjeuner est très bon. Les navettes gratuites pour le port. La possibilité d'un room service.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel le rend très isolé des commerces et restaurants de l'île. L'établissement proposait de prêter des masques et tubas gratuitement mais sur les 3 jours ou nous sommes resté, aucun de ces équipements n'étaient disponibles. Nous avions trouvé plusieurs petites bêtes dans la chambre.

They dont let park scooters infront of the room

Nice view and nice rooms. The room was really big.

The breakfast was bad with little to choose from, the pool was really warm and dirty (Might not be cleaned as often as it should). Really late and unpredictable room service (6pm some days, and they dont fill up what you need).
