Santosa Pension

The location was great, within walking distance of town. comfy beds. The breakfast was amazing with the view of some beautiful mountains. The staff was very helpful and prompt in replying to your queries

I would stay there again provided been given the same room :-)

If you are unlucky and especially if you are russian then the owner will give you "luxary room with balcony" on the ground floor (basement) with bars on the windows like in prison and also you will have during all of your vacation the room full of insects: mites (in the bed) and mosquitos!

apart from i wrote above i also had been witnessed that the people paid money and when they realised their room also far from what was written in the room description on the booking. com and started to tell the owner that it is the deception, he just said if you don't like you can find other place and put out their luggeges from hotel without any refound

The place was really nice, right in the Center of the city so easy to walk everywhere from there, good breakfast and is own by a lovely couple, they were so friendly and available to help if needed. Definitely made our stay even nicer :) thanks again

Very friendly and helpful host. Perfect location. No traffic sounds inside. Cute cats. Very nice view from the roof. You may use the shower even after the check out. Tasty breakfast.

Do not recommend the room at the basement level. Very tiny room with no wardrobes, three especially small beds. Smells from the basement. You clearly hear what people speak about in the next room. Probably better on other levels

Loved the property and the stay at Santosa Pension. Very close to the town square/centre, and the family that owned/ran the place was a delight to talk to. Helped us in our check-in process, and even though parking was difficult on the street, they found a place for us to park our car. Breakfast was wonderful, and the views from the terrace/breakfast area were really nice. Room was good, mostly clean, and the balcony was nice to spend time at.

Power outlets for charging devices were not enough. Small bed, and the blanket was thin.

The room and the facility was very clean and the view from the hotel was great. The host was excellent and very nice. The room was silent and I really appreciated having a balcony.

Minimal, but everything was prepared and the owner family was so kind and generous with warm hospitality.

The terrace where it get breakfast was very comfortable. Parking reserved in front by the owner.

Santosa Pension was a Great Place to stay and we enjoyed it a lot! It is comfortable, calm and very close to the center of the city. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was delicious with an amazing view! We definitely could have stayed there for more nights!
