Sweet Corner Masxali

Everything. The location was beautiful overlooking the bay and village. The staff were amazing and so welcoming. The rooms were big and spacious, clean and comfortable. We would love to go back one day. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Trés bon accueil.On nous attendait avec un verre d’eau fraîche bienvenue après une rando au soleil.Nous avons également profité du restaurant quo est excellent. Une plage privative,on vous prête des canoë ou des vélos. Parfait.

Wir wurden direkt von der Fähre abgeholt, die Apartments haben einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Es gibt eine kleine Taverne. Alle sind sehr nett.

Tolle Lage und schönes Zimmer. Leider haben wir erst während des Aufenthaltes von anderen Urlaubern erfahren, dass es kein Frühstück vor Ort gibt (familiäre Gründe) und wir uns somit, trotz dem dass wir inkl. Frühstück gebucht und gezahlt hatten, uns am nächsten Tag um Frühstück kümmern mussten. Vorab eine E-Mail/Info wäre toll gewesen, dann hätte man sich vorab schon informieren können.

Zarezerwowałam ten hotel przez przypadek, a okazał się to najlepszy z noclegów podczas podróży po Krecie, do którego chętnie bym wróciła. Świetni, przyjaźni gospodarze. Pyszne jedzenie w restauracji. Piękne, prywatne miejsce. Na plaży znajduje się dużo leżaków i parasoli. Gospodarze odbierają i podwożą do portu. Blisko centrum miejscowości. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. W pokojach znajduje się niezbędne wyposażenie, balkon z widokiem na morze.

The staff were very decent people, and the food was excellent and fairly priced. Good God, the views... We should have come here at the end of our stay - there's nowhere we can stay after this that won't be disappointing by comparison! Although the place is basic, to get views like this from one's terrace for this price is simply amazing. We also should have brought the car on the ferry from Hora Sfakion, rather than paying for three days parking and leaving it there - we would then have had the flexibility to put it back on the ferry and travel on to Sougia or Loutro, and stayed in the area, we loved it so much.

It's worth noting, although the place is remote, it's not always silent, as the restaurant is just below the rooms, and nobody seems to notice the barking dogs. But the bedrooms are nicely tucked away and we slept very well every night anyway! Also note before you book: this village is reachable only by boat (or a 10-mile hike)! We didn't spot that, and had to organize our trip around this - but it was worth it
