Steps up to 4th floor apartment . No lift. We both have mobility issues at time of holiday

Very large and well equipped apartment

Thought it could benefit from a restaurant or cafe on-site and more frequent / regular cleaning service. The listing also suggested "airport shuttle" was included, but we were told at reception that it was not available.

Very nice place, large and spacious. Lovely swimming pool with lots of different areas so it always felt private. Excellent location right on the beach with the convenience of shops and restaurants very close by. Excellent having a washing machine available to use.

Don’t expect a hotel, this is a privately owned property. The room was not cleaned during the entire stay, with no toilet paper (not even back up’s in the vanity) etc… not a big deal, but would have expected more for the price.

The location is excellent. So close to the beach and just opposite of the entrance is a family run street food business with some of the best food in the area. They are locals, living there for generations. I think that I have become addicted to their Tom Yum. The beach is beautiful. The pool is nice and there was always a free place to lie during our stay. And btw, there is a small exchange service on the beach which has better rates than at the airport and even better than mastercard, I think. Take some cash with you - $/€/...

The apartment is well equipped but needs maintenance (e.g. shower, chair). When combined with 20000 Baht deposit, it made me a bit too nervous. But in the end it was OK. No extra charges.

We stayed in an apartment - it was spacious & the beds were comfy. Just walking distance from the pool & beach.

Unfortunately my sons small backpack went missing from our room on our final full day there. I messaged the manager & after looking everywhere inside & outside the apartment, inside cupboards & inside large luggage, they said they’d look at the security cameras the following day. I received a call from the manager whilst we were at the airport, had gone through immigration & were about to board the plane, that my sons bag had been found, on a table by the pool! Besides my son not taking his bag to the pool, we passed the pool several times a day to access the beach, shops, restaurants, taxi’s & reception & not once did we see his bag left on a pool table. The manager asked if I could speak with the security at the airport & come outside to collect the bag from a taxi driver. Unfortunately we did not have that time to back track & so my sons backpack is still at Pearl of Naithon & now I need to find a way of getting it back to our home country. After a week of staying there, dealing with lovely reception staff & having a very relaxing time, it was disappointing that someone entered our apartment when we weren’t there & stole his bag. I am not sure what was seen on the cameras, but I have made it clear to management that my son left his backpack on the couch, he did not take his back pack to the pool & we never saw it poolside, even though we passed multiple times in a day. Now I have the inconvenience of retrieving it.

The location is great just across the street from a beautiful beach. Very spacious apartment. Nice pool and quiet surroundings.

No furniture on the balcony.

Staffs are friendly and helpful :) The apartment is nice and quiet, same as the picture. Many tasty street food nearby, nice restaurants too. Beach just walk across the street, the water is clear. The sunset is gorgeous, I could sit there for hours

Few equipments are old and a bit broken, need to use very carefully.

the pool was pretty deep and there was a shallow part for toddlers. proximity to beach. adequate street food lack of water sports (excl surfing)

air conditioning was difficult to manage - too cold or too hot usually

Big clean rooms. Quiet location. Decent light proofing. Excellent fitness room. Pretty good beds.

The nearby beach is usually not safe for swimming in the off season. So there's not much to do there, may stay again if we rent a car. The pool is nice, but quite shallow.
