Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable. The rooms were wonderful, and every detail was thoughtfully designed. What truly made our stay special was the staff – everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. We were traveling with our two dogs, Bella and Ljuba, and they were treated with so much warmth and care. It is rare to find a hotel that combines such high standards with genuine hospitality. One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.🐾❤️

המלון היה מעוצב ונקי להפליא, מיקום נהדר מעל לכיכר ליברטי (מי שיגיע בתקופת המונדיאל יהנה מצפייה במסכי ענק). השירות היה מעל המצופה, שודרגנו לחדר קינג סופרריור שהיה מרווח ומפנק עם נוף לכיכר, איפשרו כניסה ויציאה מעבר לזמנים שהוצהרו, הצוות היה מאוד נעים ועזר בכל נושא. ארוחת בוקר בוטיקית וטעימה.

ספא קצת קטן, למי שזה מאוד חשוב.

Beautifully designed rooms in a great location. Good breakfast. The staff and the service are excellent. Special shout out to Akosh - who went out of his way to help us get our phone back that we had left at the hotel.

Not much that I didn't like. The reception area is a little dull even though the rest of the hotel is nicely appointed. Doesn't create a good first impression of the hotel.
