This is a vey nice hotel. The room was very comfortable & spacious. The location was central & convenient. At the same time, it was calm & quiet which was very much valued. Our room did not have a particularly nice view & i appreciate that other rooms have a nicer view. The room was clean; however, there was a very unpleasant odour in the lavatory (which we raised) & the house keeping added a scented sachet the day before we left. Staff members in reception were so kind & helpful. Thank you! The breakfast was very disappointing.

Everything was good

Perfect location. Fabulous large rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice views. Windows that open.

Nothing to dislike - but the check in was quite slow. I was there covering the election so would have loved to get going more quickly.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect too.

Posizione centrale che permette di raggiungere le principali attrazioni senza dover usare per forza i mezzi. Ambiente accogliente ed elegante. Personale gentile. Camera ampia nonostante la presenza del terzo letto. Presenza di vari cassetti e ripiani per riporre le proprie cose. Bagno ampio e dotato di tutti i comfort: ciabatte, accappatoi, phon, bilancia pesa persone, prodotti per l’igiene, musica in bagno, bidet(essenziale per gli italiani).

Nulla. Unico suggerimento: avrei gradito avere cestini separati per fare la raccolta differenziata.
