Honestly, I didn’t enjoy my stay at all.the only positive thing I can mention is that one staff member was very friendly and welcoming. Other than that, I was disappointed with the overall experience. I did not book breakfast, so my rating does not reflect the breakfast service.

The room was very dirty and there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom There was no mini fridge in the room and not even a complimentary bottle of water. I arrived very late and was thirsty, but there was nothing available in the room. I had to go downstairs and buy a bottle of water for 10 NIS. The air conditioning was not working properly. When I took a shower, water sprayed outside the shower area and flooded the bathroom floor. I also wanted to cancel my last night due to my experience, but there was nobody available to assist me. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have had. If I had read the reviews beforehand, I would never have booked this hotel. I sincerely hope future guests read the reviews before booking, not after, as I did. I will not be returning to this hotel, even though ill need a hotel room in jerusalem twice a week. That alone says a lot about my experience. I cannot recommend this hotel to others.
