It’s too unclean, no room service for cleaning, there was no proper water supply as well as light and there was no backup..

the location is too, please occupy the front row huts, all others are not worth the money.

the inability of the management to run it well. no great feel of being a guest.

the location and off coarse the sea facing huts. excellent staff very courteous and soft spoken.

early morning bed tea or coffee provision not there.

It was beach front but that’s it. The cafe staff were good but not the same business.

I didn’t like it at all. Massive maintenance problems here, rotting wood, my front door did not close properly, my bathroom filled with water every shower & stayed with 5mm of water in it all day & night, a big safety issue. I told staff but nothing was done at all. The front balcony fence was wobbly and it was one floors up. The Air Cond swing was broken. The fake carpet was rolled over & a trip hazard. Highest price & definitely not up to standard. A very rude, money hungry manager whom I was told had a bad reputation & owner who didn’t care to help or fix the flooding issue in the hut.
