Ambience

Breakfast is nice. The dinning space is quite nice having a medieval age appearance. Rooms are befitting to the heritage tag. The whole staff are well behaving and helpful. They respect your personal requests.

Some lights are not working. Some screens are torn off. Green Vegetables are generally missing from dinning menu.

Location is great as it’s in a quiet street but still makes it easy to visit the city. We got upgraded to a very nice room. Breakfast was nice.

Wifi was slow in the room.

Did not have breakfast as we had an early am flight

the steps leading to first floor. I think it is important for the reception to see the kind of people checking in. we are above 60, and to climb up steep steps to go to a first floor is not easy. I gave this feedback to the Manager, and he suggested a change of rooms immediately. But we had already got our luggages in the room where things were all over the place, so declined the change in room. He did mention first floor room, and I assumed that all other rooms were full, which was not the case.

Location was clean.

Breakfast was limited.
