L'albergo gode di un ottima posizione , il personale è attento e premuroso ,

la struttura avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento degli ambienti .

Classic building, very attractive, and well maintained. Super clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast and Mirella (pardon what is likely a misspelling of that name), makes the best cappuccino.

This is a beautiful hotel, part of it in the Liberty style (Italian version of Art Nouveau) that was popular in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It is surrounded by residences of similar style, so the area is aesthetically pleasing. I loved the traditional feel: Real room keys, breakfast included, and other details that made it an enjoyable stay. And the staff! Every one of them kind and helpful. I feel like I have new friends in Livorno! The location is great, easy walk to the lungomare and on the busline that runs between Miramare and the train station, so easy to get to other places in the city.

I honestly can't think of anything. My expectations were met or exceeded.

Älteres Hotel mit viel Charm. Etwas lärmig da direkt an vielbefahrener Strasse gelegen, dafür sozusagen direkt am Meer. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Hund, Frühstück und Parkplatz kosten extra, aber alles im Rahmen. Für eine Nacht empfehlenswert! Nettes Personal.

Halt etwas lärmig und Klimaanlage war nur bedingt zu gebrauchen. Unsere war ziemlich geräuschvoll.
