I liked the fact of independent bungalow

Property looks very old and tired , need good refresh

Nice pool area Beautiful resort

Awful bland, cold and frozen food for dinner. Loud music between 10-12 and 15-17 for no reason. When the resort have some sort of activity in the pool I can understand loud music but for most part of the day the music was really loud for no reason.

Unfortunately nothing

The music: blasting from 9h30am till 11h30pm. The food: not enough choice and not enough for all guests. No pool towels available.

Positiva nel complesso, occorre migliorare negli antipasti (molto ridotti e ripetuti nel corso dei giorni successivi) sia a pranzo che a cena.

Villaggio dalle grandi potenzialità per via soprattutto del posto in cui risiede, sia l'ubicazione strategia x visitare il bellissimo salento sia x dove è praticamente costruito,immerso in un bellissimo uliveto secolare,con miniappartamenti realizzati in pietra viva con soffitto a volta. Villaggio tenuto pulito, dalle camere al giardino, con verde perfettamente curato... qst è il grande potenziale che va oltre le 4 stelle...il resto è nota dolente.. - La ristorazione senza fantasia e insipida, adatto x un 3 stelle...ripeto senza fantasia! - Pulizia della piscina mai vista fare!!!!...con annesso bagnino che sarà stato pure simpatico ma che è inammissibile che possa avere solo 16 anni e far parte della stessa animazione (all'occorrenza è stato anche sostituito da uno dei suoi colleghi animatori).. in più all'interno della piscina c'erano molti bambini, ahh nel bordo piscina erano presenti dei mattoni lisci, a mio avviso pericolosissimi, atti a causare serie cadute!!!.. il bagnino non l'ho mai visto avvisare nessuno!!!!!!! Spero vivamente che qst posto possa migliorare qst punti il che diventerebbe un TOP

We have just returned from our fourth stay at this resort, and once again we enjoyed it very much. As always, we appreciated the comfortable rooms (we had a bungalow) with efficient air conditioning, the perfectly kept grounds with large swimming pool, the air conditioned restaurant with great variety of meals, and the helpful staff. The restaurant is still very crowded and busy, and the music at the swimming pool sometimes too loud for my taste, but we all love the relaxing style and great service at this hotel, especially considering the moderate price level.

My best holidays since many years. Perfectfor families. Very good price/quality ratio. Food at restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are very good quality for such buffets, different every day of the week. During dinner you have always the choice pasta, rice, meat and fish. Only the wine is low quality.The personel is very nice, helpful. The swimming pool is great and the animation team is amazing, Gennaro Copola's team is really great, great talent. I'm not a club fan but here they're so kind, so professional that you can only appreciate. For the kids, evening disco is very nice. The room is big enough, very cleaned, well equiped. I'm looking forward to going back next year. What a nice experience.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché è situata in posizione strategica rispetto alle località del Salento che volevamo visitare. Inoltre, perché offre sistemazione confortevole in ampie camere all'interno di bungalows in muratura, grande piscina all'aperto e comodo parcheggio recintato.

Our third time at this resort, and all my comments from my first review from 2009 - we returned in 2012 but I didn't write a second review back then - are still valid. The Dolmen is still the same large and well kept hotel, with excellent quality for moderate prices, but I added one star because I found the staff even more friendly and the rooms even better. We returned mainly on request of our kids, but didn't regret one second.... An exceptional hotel for its price !

Mycket intressant upplevelse att vara på en Italiensk all inclusive. Maten var bra och smakfull men ett par dagar med trängsel bland alla som skulle ha först räcker. Vi gjorde inga utflykter då Dolmen ligger mitt i ingenting. Bil är ett måste. Skulle inte vilja vara utan upplevelsen. Som överallt i Italien så är engelska en bristvara hos personalen. Påminner om ett charterhotell då det fanns barn klubb, show, sport faciliteter som fotboll, beachvolley osv.
