staff is super super nice, hotel is clean and well located

they speak little english - not a problem for me as i get away with Spanish but might be a problem for others, just pointing it out no hot water

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und Dinge in der Stadt zu empfehlen.

Es war einfach nicht unsere Stadt… Das lag aber nicht im Hotel, sondern an dem drumherum. Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht und konnten uns dafür im Hotel auf jeden Fall wohlfühlen. Etwas schade war, dass wir ein Zimmer mit Fenster in den Innenhof (innerhalb des Gebäudes) bekommen haben. Aber man kann nicht immer Glück haben.

Great staff helping us even with a breakfast to take with us at 02:30 midnight for our flight.

You have to be a bit cautious in Pereira when walking outside at night. Be smart and take an Uber if needed and inexperienced in Latin America.
