Lovely clean apartment with everything you would need and a nice clean pool with a beautiful view. We struggled to find it because my Google maps was playing up, but a quick call to Marco who greets you on arrival and he came to find us ans help with the wifes case, really nice guy who offered his service whenever needed. Dont get me wrong, if you struggle with steps then this wouldn't be good for you, but I doubt you would be in Amalfi/ ravello fullstop if you have mobility issues .

L’emplacement et la piscine. Les jardins. L’accueil de Marco et sa réactivité. Vue incroyable.

Chambre un peu désuète. Manque de l’huile d’olive dans la kitchenette. Bruit d’écoulement dans une canalisation (?) régulièrement, gênant quand on voulait dormir.

La piscina con la vista sulla costa è senz'altro il punto forte della struttura, molto bello.

La struttura presenta alcuni aspetti da migliorare: nella stanza non è presente il wifi e quello disponibile nell’area piscina risulta poco funzionale. Il letto, con rete a molle, non è particolarmente confortevole e la doccia ha una pressione ridotta, con acqua tiepida e poco abbondante. Inizialmente il servizio asciugamani era a pagamento, ma dopo due giorni il direttore ha gentilmente provveduto a fornirceli. Lo stesso vale per il barbecue, indicato tra i servizi ma non disponibile al nostro arrivo, che ci è stato successivamente proposto dal direttore Marco.

The location and views were incredible. Marco was very helpful and great at communicating throughout. The villa was spacious with a nice kitchenette and fridge as well as a separate Bedroom and 2 WC's were a big bonus.

The bed was broken upon arrival with slates not being located, so one side of the bed had a big bulge in it. We notified Marco and he asked us to relay this to the cleaning team who spoke very little english and just phoned Marco. There are alot of steps up and down to the pool area and villas, fine for us younger holidayers, but needs to be clear to older holidayers or young familys just how many steps there are up and down.

Marco is very responsive, staff is friendly, and location is great. The view from the pool side area is unreal.

The only good thing about this property is the location.

It’s not worth the money. The pool was very dirty, and after just a couple of days, algae started to appear, as shown in the pictures. The worst part is that the hotel still claimed the pool’s hygiene was in line with their standards—which really makes you wonder what kind of “standards” they have. This is unacceptable, as it poses a clear health risk to guests. There are also no umbrellas by the pool, so you can’t comfortably sit there. There’s no internet in the room.
