Вежливый персонал, хорошее расположение, вкусные и сытные завтраки, свое отопление, классно что отель сотрудничает с многими ресторанами и развлекательными местами, есть свои персональные скидки, хорошие виды с панорамных окон. Отельный + всему персоналу, все вежливые и улыбчивые, готовым помочь с любым вопросом

Многие номера требуют мелочного ремонта, где-то розетка плохо держится, где-то кондиционер странно работает, отсутствие генератора, горничные убирают быстро, но из-за скорости теряется качество, на многих светильниках в турецком люксе была пыль, так же смутило что нет в люксовом номере сейфа, хотя как по мне, в отеле с четырьмя звездами, он должен быть

Зупинялась тут другий раз. Персонал приємний, ввічливий. В номері було тепло, все необхідне є. Сніданки смачні. Дуже гарний готель.

Було б добре якби були халати.
