The room was beautiful and very comfortable with a gorgeous view. There is a warm indoor pool that we really enjoyed. The location is out of the way, but was a perfect stop on our way to Merzouga. It is quiet and peaceful. The restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food was very good.

There was some construction going on which took away a little bit from the ambience. We didn’t receive much information when we arrived, which made it difficult for us to understand where the restaurant was, whether or not we could use the pool. We would recommend the hotel gives more information to people when they arrive to make this stay more comfortable.

The staff were charming and v helpful.

A new terrace is being made between our room and the dining room. It was noisy and mud was brought into the common parts of the building where our room was. The reception sign needs to be moved to indicate where new reception is. Confusing on arrival.

Le trés beau paysage et le dépaysement total

Le fait que l'établissement ne déneige pas l'espace parking extérieur après chute de neige/verglas: La pente pleine de neige/verglas a faillit nous causer un accident avec d'autres voitures à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Il faut penser à déneiger ces espaces, surtout au moment du check-out des clients. Sinon, tout le reste était excellent, bravo !
