Beautiful Manor on the ocean in Simonstown with amazing views. If you would love to relax on the outer edges of Cape Town, this is perfect. Close to so many great spots. The hotel is quaint and idyllic.

Little bit of wear and tear in our room in the ceiling and hallway, didnt see signs of it anywhere else.

We spent our Christmas here. The host made an enormous amount of effort to create the festive atmosphere with decorations, flowers and very thoughtful gifts. Cleaning and washing service was an added bonus and communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Cottages are very close together but not a negative if you are a larger family. Road works at the moment - will be awesome when done.

Situated close to a beach. Splendid breakfast. Nice host.

Located in a beautiful little spot, small and pleasantly presented all round. Very affordable, stayed there because of a last-minute decision to stay in the area overnight. Were delightful the next morning. The breakfast area has a beautiful view straight into a little Bay Area, so cute.

It has the beautiful view and the beach just 10 meters away.

The location is world class. Loved the view and access to the beach.

Unfortunately, the service was not great. When we arrived, we were met by staff who could not speak english so we did not understand any instructions given and our questions were not understood. We found the fridge in our room not plugged in and we had to clean the fridge as there was smelly water in the fridge. We also had to clean the bath as it had not been cleaned before we arrived. When we tried to work the TV it was not getting any signal so we reported this to Elna who was very rude and told us maybe we should not watch TV in our room or go downstairs to watch TV. She did come to our room reluctantly and continued to be rude and tell us that she was not a TV expert and that the TV had been fixed by a technician the week before. We told her not to speak to us like that and asked her to leave our room. Clearly we caught her on a bad day but this type of service is not acceptable at a four star place. Location world class but service and attention to detail needs improving.
