Localizare foarte bună, în centru, liniștită. În jur sunt magazine, terase, terase, patiserii, un KFC si o cofetarie la parter.Parcare publica mare, în fața, cu plată. Mic dejun ok. Stație transport în comun aproape.

În baie e necesară o poliță mai mare pentru diverse, lângă chiuvetă
