Hotel is great with excellent staff, super helpful. Only issue is the "raft" across the river to get to the beach, this certainly lets the hotel down and needs to be fixed as its not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.
It was fine but just in need of a little TLC. We have stayed there before and the staff are always lovely.
This property was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. What I didn’t love is the pool was dirty and needed to be skimmed and they had no way to do that. Kinda ruined it a bit because the room was swim up and the pool and area so pretty. Other than that, it was wonderful.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Villa mit Poolaccess im hinteren und ruhigeren Teil des Hotels. Sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen ideal zum Ankommen und Akklimatisieren in Thailand.
Il est difficile de revenir de la plage et d'accéder à l'hôtel. Le service mis en place fonctionne mal et n'est pas pratique. Pas de possibilité de consommer des boissons emmenées de l'extérieur. Lavabos bouchés, climatisation bruyante. Chambres propres
Quiet from the busy-ness of nai yang but still accessible to the main beach. The place is very good.
Short walk to the beach. Resort was lovely and peaceful. Staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. It would be great if there was a bridge to cross over to the beach instead of the raft.
We booked the hotel at short notice and were greeted by staff so nicely and checked in immediately (20 minutes after booking online) our rooms were ready and stunning. Extremely clean. I highly recommend this hotel and the service we received was excellent.
The staff were beyond incredible! Always so helpful and readily available!!
