スタッフのホスピタリティ、清潔さ、素敵な施設、美味しい料理。特にタジンはおすすめ。私たち夫婦と5才になる子どもと3人で4泊しました。最初の3泊は近くのメディナのレストランやツアーで伝統的なモロッコ料理を楽しんだので、せっかくなのでこのホテルのディナーをとることにしました。チキンのタジンと、お肉・卵・トマトのタジン、オムレツとフレンチフライを頼みました。タジンの美味しさに驚きました。特にチキンのタジンは特徴的なオリーブ風味で、チキンとバッチリ合ってました。スパイスの風味が食欲をそそり、普段は少食な私でもペロリ。どこか家庭的で、レストランとは違いほっこりする料理でした。もちろんホテルの雰囲気やスタッフも最高。快適に過ごしました。また来たい。
