The staff including Samir, Abdul, and other support staff were wonderful. Very helpful and attentive to any needs/requests. The Riad is beautiful and the rooms are each unique (we booked two one-night stays so had a chance to see two different rooms), giving a feel for the traditional Moroccan style. The Riad is located in the alleys of the Medina so provides a great experience walking through the area (note - it is not accessible by car but the Riad staff will meet your taxi and guide you to the door and handle your bags). The Riad is also within close walking distance of many of the sites in Marrakech including Jemaa el-Fnaa market and Koutoubia Mosque, etc. All in all, a great place to stay in Marrakech.
