We loved spending the afternoon at the pool and it was incredibly refreshing. The room was very spacioius, the bathroom modern and the shower was fantastic. The bed was one of the most comfortable we slept on during our whole trip in Morocco. The dinner was delicious and the service was outstanding and very professional. We had breakfast outside in the garden and it was simple but good.

Everything was to our satisfaction.

It’s not clean, everything was dated. Service was not up to the mark. Did not feel comfortable.

El Riad era muy bonito, al llegar, los trabajadores nos atendieron rapidamente y con mucha amabilidad, estuvieron en todo momento muy atentos, destacar tanto la cena como el desayuno que nos hicieron, todo delicioso.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue que todos los trabajadores pedian de forma continua propinas, el camarero de la tardeal finalizar su jornada, el camarero del día al ver que nos ibamos, el que cuidaba y auxiliaba en la parcela. Alguno de ellos lo pedia incluso de forma individual a cada cliente, no valiendole una sola propina por todo el servicio de desayuno.
