The back yard could do with a whipper snip, tidy up, sweep, etc. Apart from that, all was very comfortable.

Location was perfect! Walking distance to main street with supermarket and restaurants. A few km's to Glenorchy MTB trails, perfect for doing a run of North south track then riding to the house.

It was good to have a washing machine and dryer but the washing machines spin cycle did not work which was frustrating. But other than that we were happy with the accomodation.

The majority of apartment 2 was fantastic. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were modern and large. The 2nd living room area was comfortable and spacious. There was an area to park our car off the street which was great. The laundry facilities were great to be able to use.

The kitchen needs a bit of work. The stove is an older model and the hotplates took awhile to warm up and the liners in the shelves need changing. There were only 2 fry pans and saucepans and limited lids for them. There were some good extras though in the way of serving platters, plastic comtainers and bowls and crockery and cutlery. It was advertised that there was heating in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms but I couldn't find them, only a stand alone floor heater in the master which worked well.

perfect location and great home for famiy

Perfect accomodation for our week. Property was clean and comfortable. Well located with shopping strip an easy walk.

Lots of space for our family! Convenient suburban location & close to the shops, it also had pretty much everything we needed.

The kitchen could do with an update soon & there isn’t a dishwasher
