A személyzet kedves volt és segítőkész, Krisztián nevű Recepciós az első perctől kezdve olyan barátságós volt mint ha több éve ismernénk egymást. Személy szerint 14 órát vezettem mielőtt megérkezdtem, de amint találkoztam velem és hallgattam már az előttem lévő baráti társasággal is a beszélgetését egyből jobb kedvem lett. Nagyon kedvesen és részletesen elmagyarázott mindent és kérdéseimre is kedvesen segítőkészen válaszolt. 11 éve dolgozik a szakmában és látszík rajta hogy szereti amit csinál! Szoba kényelmes volt kellően felszerelt és tiszta! Az étteremben a reggeli bőséges, nagy választékkal mindenki megtalálja a saját kedvencét. És azon a területen dolgozok is kedvesek volttak és szorgalmasak. Parkolójuk biztonságos és elég nagy.

Egy dolog amin "lehetne" javitani az a lift. Nagyon gyorsan csapodik be az ajtaja miután megnyomják az gombot. (Személyes tapasztalat) előre engedtem egy párt egy böröndel ( én is befértem volna) de a hölgy megnyomta az emelete gombját amivel nincs baj de olyan hamar becsapodott előtem az ajtó hogy nem tudtam bemenni. És az ott az orrom előtt egy picit ilyesztő volt amikor az ember nem számit ilyenre.

Є парковка перед готелем та за. Номери старенькі, але нам одну ніч треба було переночувати. Сніданок був гарний.
