Close to my family. I like the large corner room with two very large windows.

No where to sit outside and the king suite “handicap accessible room” I was in……didn’t have a couch, only had a random chair, no coffee table/table near it……the room IS large enough for a couch. Bed needs to be replaced

"It was ok."

the front staff was not flexible. I had asked for an hour earlier check in. They stated they did not allow early checkin. I was going to a wedding. So I ask if I could check in but not go to the room so I did not have to come back during the wedding to check in. She responded that she could not do that.

The room smelled musty.

"Great Stay in Newton, Kansas"

A large group of family gathered for a wedding this week. Many of us stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Newton, Kansas. It was a great experience! The hotel staff was fabulous from check in to check out. The hotel is very modern and clean and the breakfast is the very best I've ever had in a hotel. They offered egg and cheese omelets, crispy good quality bacon, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, a choice of cold cereals and hot oatmeal, an assortment of yogurt and fresh fruits. Everyone in our large party was very pleased. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there anytime I'm in the area.

Location was easy and staff was ok. Pretty clean

The tub dripped all night we couldn’t get it to stop. An there was a water damaged spot on wall that was hidden by shower curtain

It was close to the ball fields

The refrigerator freezer completely thawed out on top of my food and water dripped into it ruining my entire meal.
