Superb location with gorgeous cafe round the corner for breakfast. Loved the hotel and facilities.

We arrived around 10pm due to traffic and the main door was closed - it would have been good to have had a smoother check in as no one was around. Eventually we got in with the help of the chef who was leaving for the night.

Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Very old fashioned. Narrow staircases. No lift. Really overpriced. Compare the Bristol Hotel, in Bristol, overlooking the quay, that we stayed in the week before. £89.50 per night.
