The Beachcroft Hotel, BW Signature Collection

We had a fantastic stay! Carla and Ellie on reception were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast (not buffet style) was fresh to order, tasty and the service was fast and efficient. The beds were comfy and the location and views of the sea were exceptional. Parking was so accessible and easy to. We would definitely recommend and would definitely go back! Thank you to everyone for such a fantastic stay!

The family room was perfect and the breakfast was excellent. All staff were friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel was ideal. We loved the fact you could book the swimming pool for just your family arranging time slot excellent idea.

We have no complaints and will be visiting you again 👍

Perfect location! Friendly, helpful staff. Great view from our room. Breakfast was delicious. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant for dinner one night and enjoyed the pizzas on our second night.

Stairs were narrow.

Location. A parking space was reserved for us as we have a blue badge. Large clean comfortable room. Indoor pool. Very helpful staff.

Location was great due to the closeness to the beach (a hop skip and jump). Room was quite clean especially the toilet which had a tape saying "sanitised" as if we had a gift unopened 😂 Lots of tea and coffee was kept in the room and also left beach equipment for our kids. The kids also enjoyed the pool table and a bar is available for all drinks. The breakfast was very delicious although took 20 mins for it to arrive on our 1st morning. Staff were all friendly and helpful everywhere (outdoor bar, reception, bar and dining area)

Quite an old hotel so feels a bit tired (especially the carpet) although the bathroom was very nice as it was modern and recently renovated. The kids room had no sockets either so connecting the fan to that room was impossible and it remained hot. No extension was provided either. Lighting in the kids rooms as also poor. Pity the room didn't have an A/c. We also had hot water issues in room 30 - twice. First time we told the staff who were quite polite and helpful and sorted it out. Second time we didn't bother as it was the morning we were checking out. This only happened to the shower and not the basin, so we feel there might be a separate boiler serving the bath only. The first morning when our room was made, the cleaners didn't vacuum the floor so we were a bit disappointed although the bedding and towels were changed well. Lastly, there was no drinking water kept in the rooms too so had to use tap water for our tea and coffee.
