Oda ve odadaki her şey oldukça temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Çalışanlarda gayet ilgili ve bilgiliydi. Otopark konusunda da oldukça rahat ettik. Kahvaltı en iyi kahvaltılar arasındaydı.

Un hotel excelent, cu oameni care te ajuta in orice moment pentru rezolvarea problemelor. Am avut un plic care a ajuns la hotel după plecarea mea si cu ajutorul lor a fost trimis in România la adresa comunicata. O cazare excelenta, la un pret bun. Camerele curate, spațioase, micul dejun diversificat care a fost servit la Hilton Bursa Convention , parcare subterană cu stații de încărcare pentru mașinile electrice care a fost de mare ajutor, magazin in apropiere. Un hotel excelent pe care o să-l frecventez de fiecare dată cand ajung in Bursa. O echipa excelentă care își face treaba extraordinar. Va mulțumesc pentru șederea plăcută pe care mi-ați făcut-o in timpul sejurului la dumneavoastră.

Totul a fost perfect.
