This hotel has been the worst place I have stayed so far in the Canary Islands. This place is absolutely terrible. I have literally had no choice but to stay because I paid for it. There is nothing around the place I have taken pictures of the whole place. For a three star hotel I’m disgusted. I look out of my balcony across to high rise buildings and a pit from unfinished buildings everywhere. The cafeteria connected is stupid to the extent we got food poisoning from the fact that they couldn’t even cook a burger TWICE!! They then tell you what your going to get when you order in English and then serve you literally leftovers. Disgusting. I want a refund. We have had to change our room every night that we have been here because of one mishap or another. Even to the most basic factor the bathroom has no extractor fan!! So we moved, turns out none of them do. None of the air conditioning systems in any of the rooms work. They advertise digital tv and offer only analogue, the TVs are all broken, sockets hang out of the walls. The hotel is atleast 2 kms from the airport. The place is a joke. Absolutely mis sold and then I’ve had no choice but to extend due to a flight cancellation and even with all my rubbish experience they charged me more than Expedia did in the first place. I am not a happy customer and I’m hoping Expedia is going to address this and in an ideal world I want a full refund!! The manager was meant to come and see me and has chosen to take her day off suddenly.

Good hotel ,needs a loving touch , a bit tired

What I like about the hotel is the location,the accessibility to bus and other area. The hotel is room is not neat the was bed sheet is not clean

Noisy hotel , banging doors and guests. Early morning cleaners talking in corridors. Nice friendly reception staff. Very basic , in need of painting bedroom. No hairdryer , no shuttle bus as described on website , WiFi only in lobby / not in rooms. Good working fridge in room

I decided not to stay as the hotel was not very clean. An expensive night as I had to book in somewhere else.

Hotel close to airport but not in a very nice area, a few bars but no nice eating places nearby. Hotel has only parking on the street and is looking tired and in need of a refurb but great water pressure and hot water for shower. No kettle in room but there was a small fridge.

Very close to facilities and airport. Booked a seperoir room and there was no kettle, hairdryer in bathroom didn't work as no electrical socket. Very basic.

A very good value hotel in a good location. Room was a little bit tired and had seen better days but it was clean and comfortable and for the money can not complain.
