Clean and the staff was helpfull

Nothing in particular, just the work table can be rearranged in such a way that one could watch tv while working

Stay was short but i like it very much the ambience of this hotel was great and great staffs as well Thanks mandavi and nisha

This was a one-night stopover on my journey. We reached late in the evening and had no issues with the check-in formalities. We were given the room keys and the bell desk was quick to sent our luggage to our room. I had booked a Junior Suite and the room was large and spacious. There were serious concerns with the cleanliness and hygiene of the place though. There were stains and mould on the wallpaper and the sofas looked like they had not been properly cleaned in years. The bathtub in the washroom was full of stains. These things aside, all else was fine. The towels and bedding were thankfully clean. The service was quite prompt, and the housekeeping team members were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was rather alright the next morning. The staff were very attentive to our needs and requests. The check-out that morning was also smooth. The bell desk personnel were again very helpful in getting our luggage out promptly. I felt that the hotel staff were all friendly, however, Radisson must pick up on its standards. They cannot offer shoddy rooms like this for high prices to customers and expect to build a good reputation. I will definitely recommend AVOIDING this property. Rooms and hallways are grimy and the property is not exactly cheap enough to overlook this aspect. The hotel needs to do a rehaul and complete renovation of its rooms.
