"Fantastic service in the business office"

The staff in the business office are very helpful, they help us to book 1 day tour with the travel agency . In addition, they even draft a map for us so that we could find the travel agency and made payment.

"fine hotel in Guiyang"

This centrally located hotel was perfectly fine. We stayed in the suite type room, which I believe are all like that. Bed was very comfortable. I can't think of any criticism, except for the hotel wine list which was weak and too expensive. On another note, when I read the visitor reviews, I see too often people complain about the hotel and thus give them a poor ranking because they are required to pay a deposit when they arrive. This is simply a fact about staying in hotels around the world. Does one not have to give one's credit card when checking in to a US hotel "to pay for incidentals" that have not occurred yet? It is the exact same thing in China and most everywhere else.

"Good hotel"

Good hotel, only small point was the guy, was late to open in the morning and my room key stopped working on the second night of my stay but overall a good place to stay

"Best hotel in town !"

Recently ( Sept 2011) opened hotel with motivated staff. Some English spoken. Excellent restaurant and good breakfast choice for Europeans/Americans. Decent size rooms with comfortable beds. Will book again !
