Nos gustó todo,el bufé del desayuno correcto, limpio y la calefacción perfecta pues hacía mucho frío fuera y se agradecia.
A lovely building tastefully furnished and very clean with a warm friendly welcome. The only item we found a little difficult was the acoustic standard of separating walls not being that great.

Las paredes son de papel, se oye absolutamente todo al menos en la habitación que nos tocó. Las camas deberían mejorar ya que no son muy cómodas. Cómo punto bueno es la ubicación y el personal.
El personal de recepción muy amable. El hotel esta limpio, pero necesita una reforma, el precio esta bien. En general, para alojarte en Ávila en pleno centro histórico.
Ein nettes, kleines, traditionelles Hotel, sehr günstig gelegen in der Altstadt, ausgesprochen freundliche Mitarbeiter, an einigen Stellen (z.B. Teppichböden) etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
El personal del hotel es super agradable y soluciona cualquier problema muy rápido. La única pega, el colchón estaba un poco duro.
