We had an amazing stay at this family-owned hotel! The attention to detail was exceptional—better than any other hotel we’ve stayed in. Every little touch made our experience truly special. The food was absolutely delicious and generously served, and we could tell they used only the highest quality ingredients, which we really appreciated. The warm hospitality and personal approach set this place apart, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year!

The beds were a bit loud when moving, but that didn’t take away from our overall wonderful experience.

The spa is beautiful with calm relax zone, you can also choose from various food every day, the rooms are nice and the view from the balcony is pretty. The people who work there are friendly.

I highly recommend this hotel, honestly it is the best hotel I’ve been to in Austria so far. From the very first interaction with the staff after the reservation was confirmed, I had the feeling that this would be a good stay and I was so right. We traveled the whole family, including our dog, and we were more than welcomed in this formula :) The moment we arrived, we’ve been greeted by the crisp mountain air and stunning panoramic views of snow-capped peaks of the Alps. The hotel itself has a cozy, yet sophisticated vibe, that makes you fall in love instantly. Our room that was actually an apartment, was a peaceful haven, immaculate and spacious, with large windows that allowed us to take in the beautiful surroundings. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable. Dining at the hotel was a highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a variety of delectable options, and the food quality was exceptional. Compliments to the chef! The hotel’s amenities were also impressive, it is obvious they do constant effort that everyone would be happy and satisfied: kids room, play room, fitness center and a very very cozy and intimate spa connected to a wonderful relaxation area, perfect after a ski day. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every person I encountered was professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was flawless. I highly recommend Aktiv Panoramahotel Daniel for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Alps. Honestly we can’t wait to return in summer time too!

It was amazing stay

Very well maintained traditional hotel. Friendly staff (especially the owner and his son). Rooms are quiet, comfortable and with a nice view. Breakfast is amazing. Diner is also very good with very generous portions. The spa area is very enjoyable. The concert in the middle of the week was a highlight. And to point out also the welcome pack for our doggy that has been more than appreciated.

- several options were proposed for dinner but alternative ones seemed less tasty than the main one. - it can be hot in the spa area and it’s a bit a pity that there is no way to go and rest outside from the spa area - we were surprised by the price to pay for tap water at the restaurant - the staff was very nice all the time. We were just a bit disappointed that the person doing the check out with us wasn’t as nice as the others as it left us with a less good feeling about our stay.

Great family/owner run hotel in perfect location in the village of Sautens in Ötztal. Easy access to mountains, activities and Innsbruck. Lovely and caring hotel staff and outstanding service. The food is in a class of its own and the facilities including pool, big spa and sport areas is five stars. Highly recommend and happy to come back anytime!
