"Basic accommodation, good location and fairly good breakfast."

Great location and fairly quiet. Close to the centre and nearby several good bars and trattorias.

Its old and needs some renovations. Price could be also lower. You can have much more for the same price elsewhere. Breakfast is limited but ok. We should have a bathtube but instead there was just a tiny shower so the pictures are very misleading. There is no kettle or coffee machine nor a free water so the service is really poor. Also I ask at the front dest about helping because our car was robbed just few minutes away before the check-in but the lady was not very helpful about giving directions or even a phone number to the local police and said its normal to be robbed in Olbia! WTF?!
