The service and customer service was excellent. The bed was terrible. I stayed in room 215 and the mattress was like a pyramid, high in the middle and sloping on each side. Could not get comfortable. At 12.40 am the TV came alive. Despite the fact I didn’t use it at all, it switched on at full blast., obviously waking me up startled, I think it may have picked up the signal from neighbouring room. It happened twice during the night which together with the terrible mattress resulted in very poor sleep. The bathroom was clean but VERY old. Definitely not a 3 star. Will not be staying there again.

Good value stay, around 2-3 miles away from Co Op live which we were visiting. Rooms were clean and tidy, reception staff helpful and breakfast was decent.
