Séjour en faille très agréable,l’hôtel est au calme entouré d'espace vert. l’accès au centre de Bruxelles est facile par le métro dont la station la plus proche est à environ 10 à 15 minutes de marche. Le personnel de l’hôtel nous a très bien conseillé pour notre journée à Bruxelles.Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuné de par sa qualité comme de la quantité. Le restaurant est très bien les spécialités italiennes y sont excellentes.

A short road trip to Brussels. This hotel was a sheer delight. The room was amazing and the attached restaurant was fantastic. It’s located in a beautiful suburb of the city with lots of green space. Beware that the hotel does not offer free parking right now. Parking is in the local streets and st your own risk.

Service very good! Restaurant amazing with extensive menu, and great tasting food. Location of the hotel is fantastic. Only thing to remember, two (2) floor building but no elevator/lift, which is probably why it has a 3-star rating. Otherwise it would be 4-star.

Absence of kettle, armchair(s) in bedroom, and bath were more than offsset by extreme helpfulness / friendliness of staff. Menu of the day (24.50 euros) proved surprisingly good

L'hotel est agreable, le quartier est super sympas. La seule chose a ameliorer c'est le petit dejeuner et le Wifi tout simplement. Le staff sont adorables.

We arrived very late at the hotel for a 2 night stay. There had just been a big reception, but the waitstaff welcomed us and got our room keys situated. While checking in, a manager was SCREAMING at an employee, and was extremely unprofessional and started our visit off on a wrong leg. We were on the 3rd floor (50 steps?) in a small but extremely CLEAN room. Lots of light because of a skylight, but only one other porthole type window. We were charged 14 euros for 2 bottles of water (which we thought were tap water, but turns out came from a spring, but still, it was quite expensive and we were able to get the charge removed from our bill). Breakfast was ordinary but ample, meats/cheese/croissants/pan au chocolat/cereal/yogurt/fruit/coffee/fresh cooked eggs. The same angry lady was at the front desk and when my husband asked her a question, she exclaimed (loudly and rudely in French, which I understood),"I cannot understand anything you are saying! Your accent is very strong!", again putting me off from this place. It turned out that this lady was the owner, and the woman she had been yelling at was her daughter, but still!

L’hôtel est situé à coté de la forêt et c'est calme . Le stationnement se fait dans la rue sur un petit trottoir , attention à partir de 9h00 il faut le disque bleu de stationnement .Les chambres sont propres mais pas de sèche cheveux , pas de bouilloire pour un café ou un thé , pas de mini bar.Le lit simple à ressort qualité moyenne.La salle de bain est dans un style vieillot ,sans fenetre, mais propre L'accès se fait par un escalier pas très large sans ascenceur sur 2 étages .La television est à ecran plat mais très petite et la qualité de reception très mauvaise.Le wifi fonctionnait bien. Pas de climatisation .Petit dejeuner correct mais pas de grand choix.Ceci pour un prix de 136€ avec petit dejeuner.

Une équipe accueillante. Un environnement calme. Une chambre spacieuse, claire, propre. Un agréable séjour.

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit très agréable, au bord de la forêt, c'était impressionnant d'entendre autant d'oiseaux au petit matin. Lors de notre réservation, nous avons été prévenus qu'il y avait de la musique dans une salle côté restaurant, on nous a donc donné une chambre dont la fenêtre ne donnait pas sur la fête et nous avons très bien dormi. Lits très confortables, accueil sympathique à l'italienne, dame très souriante au petit déjeuner copieux, excellent séjour en somme.
