Nagyon kedves a recepciós hölgy. Segítőkész mindenki. A hotel modern, szép, tiszta. Kutyabarát hely. 🐾 Jól felszerelt, közel van a központhoz. A szobák gyönyörű modernek, tiszták. Stíluosak.

Bathroom was large and clean with a good shower. The breakfast was great and the staff were very nice.

Terrible location unless you have a car, it was a trek and a helf to climb the hill with suitcases to arrive. The room seemed good at first look but the quality on use was poor: the extractor fan in the bathroom was so loud and you couldn't turn it off; the shower lead to noises in the walls so you couldn't sleep in the room if the shower was in use; the balcony we booked and paid extra for with "mountain views" was nothing like described; the slippers were thin; the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable (!); the seats were rock hard and there was a lot of dust on the lights by the bed which we didn't want to breathe in. Overall, disappointing and shouldn't be a 4* in my opinion. We didn't have a comfortable sleep, the location was terrible and the balcony was a let down.
