NZA place to enjoy quietness, read your book at the pool and stroll through the gorgeous garden. Eleanore is very warm and accomodating. She cooked a wonderful Italian meal for us. We were surprised with home made apple cake and delicious marmelades for breakfast. Her staff member Carla speaks fluent English and is super friendly too. We decided to stay another day to have a little break from biking the Via Francigena and visited Villa Lante in the neighbouring village. We were able to charge our e-bikes here too.

GBAbsolutely beautiful setting, spacious gardens, stunning pool and lovely terrace. So peaceful up in the hills. Freshly baked homemade cakes and fruit tarts for breakfast served to you on the balcony. Eleonora, the owner is absolutely charming and so helpful. So many beautiful towns in the surrounding area to visit. Orvieto is a must. One of the nicest family breaks we've had.

No internet, confusing to find though once figured out, it's fine

Room was not clean. Tv not working. Wifi not working. An electrical socket was completely outside the wall with cables exposed. The windows' curtains didn't close well the light. Too expensive for what you get.
PSITThe location is superb. Located under the Natural Reserve of Arcionello, it is immersed in the green of its gardens and private wood. They have a charming and well-positioned swimming pool which is an excellent spot for a relaxing time. Moreover, right at the entrance of the estate, you can find the starting point of a couple of nice hikes in the forest. Another nice way to stay immersed in the green.
If the breakfast could include some cold cuts and cheese it would be perfect.
