main building looks like an old one with big ceilings and old fashion furniture. We did not sleep there but in a side building just in front. they also have a brand new top modern construction at the same place (which looks a bit shocking if you compare to the old main bulidings). Room was very big with comfortable bedding, a small kitchen where you can cook your meals. Breakfast was also excellent. They have in Summer a nice swimming pool (closed in May obviously when we stayed) and nice park. Hotel is 5 min walk to the main place of Muster (place du Marché) where you can observe the famous Alsace large birds nesting on the top of the buildings. There were even some at hotel's place. we had dinner at hotel restaurant and it was very good, and not overpriced as we were fearing.

my main dissatisfaction even if it's a minor issue, is that in my Booking.com room it was said there would coffee making facilities in room. There was an old coffee machine, but no coffee nor milk/creamer provided, only tea. For the rate we paid which is a bit high against our average budget...this minor issue generated a lower note on this site. Also wifi was generally speaking top great working, but had some issues to connect in the morning...with some patience I could connect finally.

Tout à fait correct, un bel hôtel , propre avec de très belles et grandes chambres, avec tout le bien être nécessaire. Petit déjeuner à volonté; bref parfait ! 👍

Propre et calme

Le petit déjeuner avec un buffet pas très garni. Plus d’assiettes , les tables collantes et pas lavées . Une seule personne pour gérer toute une grande salle, c’est trop peu

Nao gostei de nada, o quarto estava muito sujo,muita poeira em tudo ate no armario do banheiro.
