Très bon wifi, bonne localisation. Personnel sympa

SALE. trace sur les lits. Chasse d’eau trop bruyante. Meubles très voire trop ancien. Manque de prise. Les seules prises présentes sont pas très fonctionnelles. On entend tous les voisins.

Staff gentilissimo! Avevo prenotato una camera con bagno in comune, ma vista la disponibilità mi è stata assegnata, allo stesso prezzo, una camera con bagno privato, decisamente più confortevole. Esperienza molto positiva. Pulizia impeccabile! A presto!

A localização do hotel era perfeita, ao lado da praça principal, da rua comercial, pertinho de um mercado e de vários restaurantes. Fica bem no coração da cidade. Além do staff, que era ótimo, acomodaram todos os pedidos. Tem um maquina para compra de água e snacks no primeiro andar, caso seja necessário.

Não tem café da manhã.

It was very close to the main piazza, about a 3 minute walk.

The WiFi was terrible in our room, and we were right by the main area and reception, so you would think it would be good.

A prime location. So close to Piazza del Campo. Super-friendly staff, and we were kindly upgraded to a room with an en suite bathroom at no additional cost. There is a cosy common area with a vending machine and a coffee machine. There is also a Pam (supermarket) 10 seconds away, which is helpful for any essentials.

Unfortunately, the shower head was broken, spraying the water out of the side. It also could not support itself and so had to be held by hand. The base of the shower filled up with water rather quickly. The main light in the bathroom also did not work. Luckily, there were lights over the mirror which could light up the room, and the extractor fan still worked.

A porta do quarto não abre sem a chave, o banheiro é do lado de fora, se você vai ao banheiro e não leva a chave não tem como voltar isso deveria ser avisado no check-in não foi
