Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Please note that construction work is taking place nearby from February 2026 to August 2026. Guests may experience construction noise from neighboring sites between 6:00am and 4:00pm on weekdays, with occasional activity on Saturday mornings. The Sandpiper building, located on the eastern (beachside) side of the property, is scheduled for demolition during this period, and intermittent noise may be noticeable.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
