طاقم الاستقبال محترمين وساعدوني في ترقية حجزي بلا مشاكل الغرفة نظيفة وواسعة ولكن بسبب ان المبنى قديم فيوجد رائحة غير لطيفة بالغرفة الافطار الى حد ما مناسب فول وبيض مسلوق وجبن وعسل وحليب وسلطة ونودلز مواقف السيارات تحت الفندق المكان بشكل عام مناسب للعائلة

رائحة الغرفة البقالات المجاورة لا يوجد بها وسيلة دفع الا الكاش فقط الوصول الى الفندق ليس بالسهل لانه يوجد بمنطقة السوق بالمنامة القديمة

الموظفين ليس عندهم اهتمام بالضيوف المواقف سيئة الموقع صعب الوصول له لضيق الشوارع النت كان معطل خلال 3 ايام الفطور سيئ جدا ومكرر ولا يليق بالبوفيه المفتوح
