Clube Meia Praia

I think we had the best location for our vacation. Wake up to a view of the ocean, very quiet, not even much traffic noise, especially at night. Sounds of the ocean if you want, close the windows if you don’t! The boardwalk is a 5 minute walk, which takes you to restaurants overlooking the ocean. Absolutely beautiful. The only “better if” would be more communication prior to arrival on how to check in. Owner and his wife very friendly, available quickly if needed.

The apartment is located in a nice residential area, very close to the sea and huge beach. The balcony overlooks the sea. Spaces are enough for a couple maybe more people if required. Kitchen is very well equipped with all necessary machines to make they stay comfortable.

As some people mentioned in reviews, the bed and sofas are very uncomfortable. We are not peaky but those beds are not for todays standards. I am surprised the owner didn't act on all those comments stating the same. There's also quite noisy inside due to the main road being quite close to the apartment, it gets extremely noise during the storm wind.

It was just outside the old town, but easily accessible by car. It was a quiet neighbourhood. The apt. Was very clean, and had everything we need, It was great to have a washing machine. The ? Owner was there to greet us, and supplied us with coffee, laundry soap and extra clothes pins. Over and above the call of duty. Readily available on WhatsApp to answer any questions. Would highly recommend this place. And the beach was right in front of us.

There was traffic noise due to the change in the road surface and the vehicals going from one surface to another.

This is very close to the beach with street parking. That is a plus. Far away from the party city of Lagos. But not too far that you can't go there.

There was no AC. The fan was not strong enough. But if you open the door, the breeze was okay. I didn't have any soap in the bathroom for showering. I told him that and he said there is a handsoap that you can use. I was like, do you know the difference between a body soap and hand soap. So the next day he provided me with a soap. But I bought shampoo and soap from Aldi instead.

Inside is beautiful, great view, quiet, beach right in front, , close to Lagos downtown, excellent all around.
