The swimming pools heating is available in winter, from 1 November to 30 April. Please note that half board rates include breakfast and dinner. Drinks are not included in the evening meal. 📌 PLEASE NOTE: all guests, INCLUDING MINORS, must present a valid official identity document upon arrival. The only accepted documents are: DNI, NIE or PASSPORT, in accordance with current Spanish regulations (Orden INT/321/2021 and Real Decreto 933/2021). From March 2025, the hotel will charge a touristic tax of 0,15€ per person per night to the client during the check-in process. It will be applicable to all persons staying in tourist accommodation in the municipality of Mogán, regardless of age or place of residence. Please note that not all rooms have air conditioner. Portable air conditioning (surcharge): - For Classic Apartment with balcony and sea view – CA1BASV – Additional cost of €20/day. - For Classic Double Room with small balcony – CDRSB – Additional cost of €12/day. Please note that pool towel rental is subject to availability and comes at an additional charge of €5 for the first towel, plus a €10 deposit. A partir de marzo de 2025, el hotel cobrará al cliente una tasa turística de 0,15 € por persona y noche durante el proceso de registro de entrada (check-in). Esta tasa se aplicará a todas las personas que se alojen en alojamientos turísticos del municipio de Mogán, independientemente de su edad o lugar de residencia. Tenga en cuenta que no todas las habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado. Aire acondicionado portátil (con suplemento): Para el Apartamento Clásico con balcón y vistas al mar – CA1BASV – Coste adicional de 20 €/día. Para la Habitación Doble Clásica con balcón pequeño – CDRSB – Coste adicional de 12 €/día. Tenga en cuenta que el alquiler de toallas de piscina está sujeto a disponibilidad y tiene un cargo adicional de 5 € por la primera toalla, más un depósito de 10 €.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
