Personnel accueillant et disponible Chambre propre et plutôt confortable à part l’air conditionné qui ne marche pas , à l’accueil on nous suggère d’ouvrir la fenêtre si il fait trop chaud ... buffet disponible sur place assez basique Postions pas trop loin de l’entrée de Petra (mais taxi ou voiture nécessaire) mais la vue laisse à désirer

Fica um pouco longe da Entrada de Petra, precisa pegar táxi. Há um pequeno centrinho com restaurantes, que se pode ir caminhando.

An excellent hotel in a peaceful location near Petra site . Rooms are big and clean , and staff are very welcoming and helpful especially the Algerian receptionist . Thanks for the outstanding hospitality .

We stay for three nights and it was the best experience ever. This Hotel is much more than a three stars hotel, the experience was great, excellent service, the persons at the reception are the nicest and helpful people we have ever known in any trip. Delicious local food, and a vast buffete at breakfast and dinner. We would definitely come back!!

I stayed here one night and it was clean and very quiet. Slight issues with some broken items but overall was a good experience. Free breakfast, staff friendly and good food choices. Dinner buffet on site. Can eat on patio. Slightly far from Petra but they provide a shuttle and the room was quiet. I did not use the pool, internet area or bath, but I think it's nice they were available.

The staff were tripping over themselves being helpful and welcoming, genuinely enthusiastic to have us there. The room was comfortable and clean.
