Loved the luxury vinyl plank in the rooms!

For an older building it was well maintained and they were renovated, clean rooms. Not a lot of ceiling height though which is how you can tell it’s an older building.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL if you are from the Lethbridge area. You may have a valid reservation, identification and valid credit card but they will refuse to check you in. If you are booking through any of the hotel apps this is NOT identified as a hotel restriction. They are happy ro take your money but will not provide the room. This is a form of PREJUDICE.

rooms are clean, location is good. Staff are friendly.

It was an average of 80 degrees in the rooms with no relief My room had a broken thermostat at which apparently would not have mattered due to no HVAC to supply comfort. We had requested a fan which came promptly but only gave minimal relief. Windows are only louvers, that don't allow much air in. Very minimal sleep acquired which wasn't good as I had booked there at the Remada for some pre major surgery rest. Will not book there again.
