"Maravilhoso!"

O hotel é muito charmoso, lindo por dentro e por fora, preserva muito da arquitetura original. Uma coisa que me chamou atenção é que todos os ambientes são muito limpos e cheirosos. A recepção foi maravilhosa! Gostaria de destacar o atendimento do Matias que foi super simpático, solícito e nos deu ótimas dicas. Além disso, ele fala português, o que facilitou bastante a comunicação. O café da manhã é bem variado e ao meu ver atende todos os públicos. Outro detalhe importante é que o hotel fica muito próximo dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Consegui fazer praticamente tudo que eu queria a pé. Quando voltar à Montevidéu quero me hospedar de novo nesse hotel.

Uma sugestão é que tivesse um toalheiro térmico nos banheiros para secar as toalhas. Assim conseguiríamos usá-las por mais dias sem necessidade de trocar.

"Quartos espaçosos e confortáveis, ótimo custo benefício."

O prédio é bem bonito, a ambientação interna também é bonita. Os quartos são bastante amplos, decoração bonita, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, além do mobiliário do quarto muito funcional. O hotel se apresenta limpo, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos.

Precisam estar mais atentos à manutenção preventiva. Tive um incidente na varanda da cobertura, com uma barra do guarda corpo que se soltou, que por sorte não foi nada sério.
