El colchón estaba cómodo

Atención srtia Edirh en recepción poco amable. No sirve el teléfono para llamar a recepción. Pedí secadora no había. Que no dan toalla de manos, no salió agua caliente, no había maletero. Según 4 estrellas pero quedó a deber 2 esreellas

Food options were limited. The service from the receptionist wasn’t good. We asked for an extra towel for our baby since the room only had 2, and they never sent one to our room. The phone at the bedroom wasn’t working, so I had to go down to the reception to ask again after one and a half hours waiting.

El Hotel como tal estaba muy limpio, cómodo y El check-in fue rápido

El restaurante es pésimo, servicio pobre, menú prácticamente inexistente. Muy malo.
