Our stay was very pleasant. The whole property is beautiful. The rooms were very clean. The whole staff is very kind and helpful. They really accommodated all our requests and gave us an upgrade as well. Ms Matalie is very sweet and supportive. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

The villas

Cleanliness in the rooms, no hair dryer. Asked for a double bed, and was given 2 single beds. Bathroom’s need deep cleaning.

Had a amazing experience as always at this favourite place of mine..The staff here is extremely generous and hospitable…Can name many of them for their kind personal touch in service, three names stand out for me..Chef Debashish and steward greco Anjali, Supervisor Ravi was personally leading the effort seamlessly with a big smile

"Lovely place but lacks the 5 star quality you are paying for"

It’s a beautiful setting with 2 good pools and near to the beach. The room was very comfortable

For a 5 star hotel and top end budget this missed the mark. WiFi, staff attention, room cleaning & prep and even things like toilet paper (not enough and poor quality which is not what you need in India) were not of the standard you’d expect. The fridge in the room didn’t keep anything cold and when we asked they said the fridge wasn’t there to chill things! Bizarre. You can pay a third or even a quarter of the price and get a perfectly good AC room with balcony and pool. It is a lovely place but I’d not bother going back there
