very comfortable thing is possibility to use kitchenet in the room. Clean. Friendly stuff. Underground parking is very comfortable

First of all, our front desk informed us that this is not a hotel, and it’s an apartment. There was no service at all, no room cleaning in 5 nights stay, and barely gave us new toilet paper after 3 days. Nothing “included” in the price, even swimming pool towels are extra charge. They say the pool is free (!!) but towels are extra. 4-person room was not good for 2 couples. One “double” bed was too short so I could touch another wall with my feet, another couple had a bed that looked like a joke - one part on the floor another is super small. We always had to take stairs to our room because elevator was taking 5-7 minutes to arrive. Staff was unhelpful and just asked for extra charge for everything. On the good side, the paid breakfast was good, and hotel is close to the ski lift.

Impossibilità al rimborso nonostante impedimento documentato causa coronavirus. Indisponibilità anche al rimborso parziale nonostante gli ospiti siano stati occupati la metà dei posti letto. Assenza totale di serietà aziendale.

Хорошее расположение относительно двух хороших подъемников. Удобный гараж и место для хранения лыжного оборудования. Место на парковке и шкафчик закреплены за каждыми апартаментами. Апартаменты усталые, "занюханные", из "свежей" мебели двуспальный каркас в номере Мансарда. Посуда есть, готовить можно, холодильник небольшой, но достаточный. Пыльно, за неделю 1 раз принесли полотенца. При заезде была губка для мытья посуды, жидкость, полотенце для рук и половая тряпка. Сбор мусора раздельный, выбрасывать его тоже самим. Вернуться не хочется.

Staff were great, room was large but space was poorly utilized. They're weren't enough boot warmers for a ski hotel of its size. Great location to the lifts.
