Their sauna is for additional cost.Sauna itself is nothing special there, but you have to book first and you can’t go when you want, All this system compared with other hotels where you go if you want to sauna is quite annoying. It is mainly management problem, how the system was created and not so much about staff, but total feeling was not very friendly. Also room walls are so thin that you lived with your neighbours

Everything in place. The only thing that upset us is that there was a rule of using swimming cap at the pool, we bought 4 for the family and when we arrived at the pool, half of the users were NOT using a swimming cap! I felt foolished by the hotel 'rules' !!!!

Our stay at the Ambiez was overall very satisfactory. The facilities and rooms were great, the location to the lift was amazing, the food was good, but best of all, the staff was the best part. We had a few frustrating issues during our stay in Madonna Di Campiglio, but the hotel was very helpful in going through extra trouble to help us out. One issue was related to a ski equipment rental company, and the hotel arranged a solution for us. We also almost missed our bus because all of the taxis were unavailable in the town, but the hotel staff used one of their own personal vehicles to drive us to our bus stop. It was the little efforts of kindness that made our stay very well worth it.

Stały dobry poziom, obiekt trochę się wyremontował, doszły nowe szafki w ski rum bud. główny. Podziemny duży parking dla każdego. Trzeba informować o wyższym aucie bo pow. 2,05 nie ma wszędzie wjazdu. Idealny punkt wypadowy na narty, do centrum miasteczka 500m, powrót pod górkę.

Hieman vaikeasti ilman autoa saavutettava, kylästä on jonkin verran kävelymatkaa. Toisaalta sijainti on heti hiihtohissien vieressä. Hotelli on erinomainen, uima-allas kuuluu hintaa (uimalakki pitää olla/ostaa). Aamiainen ei meillä kuulunut hintaan mutta se kannatti ostaa, valikoima oli tosi runsas ja keittiö tekee omeletit ja capuccinot halutessa. Henkilökunta ystävällinen. Hotelli on aika labyrintti ja meidän huone oli perimmäisessä nurkassa, onneksi hyvällä näköalalla vuorille.

The only really good thing about this hotel is that it is so close to two of the lifts for skiing. The other thing I liked about it was that it had a deal with one of the ski school and rentals shop which made it easy for us to organize everything. The rest of our stay was just okay. The staff at reception are good and some of the staff in the restaurant are ok, but some of the staff didn't seem to want to be there. The one bedroom apartment is more like a studio with very thin partitions which means that the double bed in the middle is closed off by two partitions and a short wall with no way of getting air in there. And the bed touched the wall. My husband and I are less than 6 feet tall and we could touch the wall with our feet when lying down. And it is not sound proof! We could hear our neighbors until very late in the night. And the thing that irked me the most is that they made us buy our own toilet paper! They didn't even have it at the hotel to buy. You had to go into town to buy it! I will look for a different place if we ever plan on going back to Madonna di Campiglio.

This is probably the best hotel in term of ease of access to the main ski lifts

Posizione ottima ( Campo Carlo Magno a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Madonna di Campiglio ); lo staff è molto cordiale e la soluzione del buffet sia per la colazione che per la cena ha un buon rapporto qualità / prezzo . La spa purtroppo è a pagamento e la piscina un po’ piccola. Gli appartamenti sono tutti validi, anche quelli non ancora rimodernati. Il monolocale in cui ho soggiornato era nuovo e molto accogliente

Struttura comoda per la vicinanza della cabinovia Grostè. Personale molto gentile, mini appartamento pulito e in ordine con cucina attrezzata, molto confortevole per 4 quattro persone e con un bel terrazzo panoramico. Bel ristorante con menù a buffet molto vario.
